My Story

Who I Am

I am a post-graduate student in marketing management at Sheridan College. I grew up and live in Stoney Creek. I like to rock climbing and swim regularly. I built my first website when I was 8 years old. I think this more than anything says a lot about my approach to new things, I want to do it first, but also I want to be the best at it. I'm constantly pushing myself so I can achieve both of these whether I am working in a team or on my own, I don't want to let anyone down, but most of all I don't want to let myself down.

I am creative in that I like coming up with new ideas and new ways to do things. Most often they come out of nowhere but I think they're pretty fabulous. From an art stand-point what I do is manipulate, taking things and putting them together, designing by putting the right elements and colours together.

What I enjoy most in life is stories, television and movies, but most of all books. Books immerse you in stories from different worlds, or even the same world, from a different time, a different place, or just a different perspective. What I love about marketing is that it is all about how to tell a brand's story to a client, and how online marketing and social media is a method used to have a customer tell you their story.

What I can do for you

My online activities have always revolved around connecting with new people from across the continent and world; from a Harry Potter website with member access, to messages boards, to where we are today in social media. The web and connecting with people has been a large part of my life. It's a home within a home and a place I understand. It is an ever changing place I look forward to delving in to more as a pursue a career in marketing and find new ways to connect with customers and provide them with new a different ways to get to know a brand.
